My love for California never ends and was reconfirmed again recently. I will admit I live in a picturesque location in the Okanagan, however the best months are definitely not November through April. Yes its "milder" than the rest of Canada, however it is still a Canadian winter. It's dark, cool, damp and forever cloudy so it was refreshing to get down to San Diego and Palm Springs for some much needed outdoor adventures. After all the hiking, wonderful food, fantastic beer, sunsets and warm ocean breezes the batteries are now recharged.
