When deciding on a spring trip I heard so many good things about Japan it was too hard to pass up and it sure lived up to all the amazing hype. To summarize the Japanese culture blew me away. How does one even describe it? It's almost something one needs to see for themselves. Hard working, friendly, organized, traditional, quirky, technologically advanced and I can go on. There' s so many traits we as North Americans could take from the Japanese and apply to our society. I feel in a sense we are so far behind their beautiful country.  O and there is that... a beautiful country! Generally I rave about the surroundings first, however on this occasion it almost takes a back seat to the people. People working together to be the best they can be as a country and not individually. Life lessons and thus again proving that travel is the best investment in the world.
