BreakOut West 2018

I had the pleasure to be on as the head photographer for this once-a-year event that includes a 4-Day Conference, 3-Night Music Festival, and the Western Canadian Music Awards. Think mini SXSW (minus the tech.) for western Canada

BreakOut West is where the music industry gathers to celebrate, develop and support the best of western Canadian music. It was a marathon of photography which included conferences, awards, mixers and musical showcases. Venues were tight, poorly lit and not ideal for performers, but I had a good time none the less! Maybe see you in the Yukon next year?
